Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Trinidad & Tobago

Delivery availability may depend on your location. If our courier cannot reach you within a 90 minute drive we will use TTPOST to deliver. Some areas may require special delivery arrangements or may have limited delivery days.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is usually:

Trinidad: 24 Hours
Tobago: TTPOST Schedule

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary based on your location and order size.

Delivery fee: $20 on all Orders under TT$250

Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated before your order is finalized.

5. Cash on Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery, payment must be made in full when your order is delivered.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Local Bank Transfer

If you choose Local Bank Transfer, your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Please send proof of payment by WhatsApp or email after completing your transfer.

Bank transfer details will be provided at checkout or after your order is placed.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Before delivery, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm:

Delivery date or time window
Payment method

Please ensure your contact information is correct when placing your order.

8. Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the order, we may contact you to arrange another delivery.

Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

If we are unable to contact you after several attempts, your order may be cancelled.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Prana Beauty TT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Please carefully check your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details before submitting your order.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your order when it is delivered.

There will be no refund for orders delivered via Cash on Delivery.

If via TTPOST an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

Order number, if available
A photo of the item or package
A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and assist where appropriate.

11. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, delay the order until restocked, or remove the unavailable item from your order.

If pickup is available, details will be provided after your order is placed.
