At Prana Beauty TT, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the nature of skincare, beauty, and personal care products, returns and exchanges are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. Returns and Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, hair care, body care, lip care, or personal care products once they have been delivered or collected.

This includes products that have been:

Opened
Used
Tested
Damaged after delivery
Removed from original packaging
Stored incorrectly by the customer

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item via TTPOST that is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

You must notify us within [insert timeframe, for example: 24–48 hours] of receiving your order.

Please provide:

Your name
Order number, if available
A photo or video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
A photo of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

If you receive an item via COD from one of our STAFF please verify your product before the courier leaves as there will be no exchange after.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened skincare products
Used beauty or personal care products
Lip care products
Products with broken seals
Products without original packaging
Sale or promotional items
Gift items that have been opened or used
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

4. Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredients carefully before purchasing and doing a patch test before using any new skincare or beauty product.

Prana Beauty TT is not responsible for individual allergic reactions, irritation, sensitivity, or results that may vary from person to person.

If you experience irritation or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

5. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because of change of mind after an order has been delivered or collected.

This includes situations where:

You no longer want the item
You ordered the wrong product
You changed your preference
You did not like the scent, texture, or feel of the product after opening it

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed, dispatched, or prepared for delivery.

Once an order has been sent out for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only considered in special cases, such as when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, unavailable, or incorrectly supplied.

Approved refunds may be processed by:

Store credit
Replacement product
Another agreed method

8. Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, and the issue is reported within the required timeframe.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging where applicable.

9. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are generally non-refundable.

If a replacement is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of redelivery.

If an exchange or redelivery is requested for any other reason, additional delivery charges may apply.

10. Product Storage After Delivery

After receiving your order, please store products according to the product instructions.

We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, sunlight, moisture, contamination, improper storage, or misuse after delivery.
